All appointments from December 2020 will now require a deposit to secure the appointment. A online payment link will be sent to your contact number at the time of booking and this will need to be paid within 24 hours. Failure to leave a leave a deposit will mean the appointment will not be kept in the diary.
Please note for appointments that are rearranged or cancelled with less then 48 hours the £20 deposit will be lost. This is out of curtesy and as a small buisiness will give us enough time to offer the appointment to a waiting customer.
For any appointments cancelled on the day a 50% charge will be implemented. You will then be required to leave a 50% deposit to secure any further appointments.
