We are a small business, please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our diary exclusively for you.

A £10 or £20 deposit will be required to secure each appointment when booking online – here The fee varies depending on treatment/s selected.

You do not need to leave a deposit ONLY if any of the 3 options below apply

  1. On a monthly treatment package / Or paid upfront
  2. Have a pre purchased gift voucher
  3. Have previously left a £20 deposit and it is being carried over for a future appointment
    In such cases when booking your appointment online please select the (PAY LATER) option after you have agreed to the appointment policy.

If booking on separate days a deposit would again need to be paid for future dates. Again you are exempt only if any of the 3 options above apply.

  • Please note appointments will be cancelled out of the diary should a deposit be required and the ‘pay later’ option has been incorrectly selected on our online booking system.

Appointments rearranged or cancelled with less then 48 hours will loose the £20 deposit.

For any appointments cancelled on the day a 50% charge will be implemented. You will then be required to pay in full for any further appointments to be made.
