Appointment Policy

We are a small business, please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our diary exclusively for you.

A £10 or £20 deposit will be required to secure each appointment when booking online. The fee varies depending on treatment(s) selected.

You do not need to leave a deposit ONLY if any of the 3 options below apply

  1. On a monthly treatment package / or paid upfront
  2. Have a pre purchased gift voucher (Please input the code via online booking)
  3. Have previously left a £20 deposit and it is being carried over for a future appointment
    In such cases when booking your appointment online please be assured the £20 deposit will be refunded on the appointment day. Or you are welcome to text/call the clinic to make your appointment.
For new Customers

If you call/text to book your appointment a secure online paylink will be set to your contact number via text message to leave a deposit.

  • Please note appointments will be cancelled out the diary if the required deposit has not been paid by 6pm of making the appointment booking.
Appointments rearranged or cancelled with less then 48 hours will loose the £20 deposit.

For any appointments cancelled on the day or if you fail to attend a booked appointment on the day a 50% charge will be implemented to your registered card. You will then be required to pay in full for any further appointments to be made. If you are on a pakage and cancel on the day you will loose the treatment. 

Packages & Treatment courses

Where a course of treatment is to be paid for using a Finance (Go Cardless) scheme or paid upfront in full – Payments for courses are only refundable for medical reasons. 

Any missed monthly bounced payments on Go Cardless will incur a charge of £20 to cover fees and costs. 

If you cancel a appointment on the day you uwill loose the appointment. 

Any refund for the above terms only will be calculated by deducting the value of the number of treatments used multiplied by the price for a individual full price treatment from the amount paid.

This appointment policy is for all customers of MH Aesthetic & Beauty Clinic including those on Treatment courses and pre paid packages.
