A mild, cosmetic grade AHA peel that gently exfoliates dead skin cells whilst increasing moisture levels. This can be booked as a stand alone treatment but for optimum results a course of 6 is recommended. 20% Glycolic acid 10% Lactic acid pH 3.2

Treatment Frequency
A course of 6 treatments is recommended however you will notice a improvement even after just 1 treatment. Each peel is spaced out 1-2 weeks apart with no downtime experienced.

Pigment Balancing Peel

An advanced peel that targets discolouration. Most suitable for customers who have progressed from lighter peels and are using topical treatments. Professional AHA plus vitamin C peel for pigmentation to accelerate cell renewal and improve the appearance of uneven photodamaged skin to reveal smoother, brighter skin. 40% Glycolic acid, 10% citric acid, PH 1.3 + 27% vitamin C.

Treatment Frequency
A course of 4-6 Pigment Balancing Peels is recommended each peel spaced 2 weeks apart. 3 month break in between each course and maintance treatments limited to 2 courses per year afterwards.
Downtime
Usually no downtime is experienced however some may experience moderate to light epidermal flakiness.

You can expect to see an improvement in the appearance of hyperpigmentation and increased radiance after a course of Pigment Balancing Peels.
Pigment Balancing Peel – £80
Patients are NOT suitable for chemical peels if one or more of the following apply.
Use of Accutane in the last 6 months.
Cysctic acne or herpes outbreak
Recent Depilatory use/waxing within the last 7 days on treatment area
Chemical peel within last 1 – 4 weeks (Please consult clinic as depends on depth used)
Plastic surgery proceedure within the last 3-6 months
Allergy to aspirin
Allergy to any constituent of the peel (patch test required)
Pregnancy, planning a pregnancy or lactating
Current sunburned/irritated skin
Recent radiation or Chemotherapy
Auto-immune disease including diabetes and asthma (Pigment Balancing peel only)
Use of immunosuppresant agents (Pigment Balancing peel only)
History of keloids
Injectables within the last 2 weeks
