What is a mesopeel ?
A mesopeel is a pharmaceutical grade chemical peel that involves accelerating and regenerating the skin in a controlled manner by application of chemoexfoliation that works on different layers of the skin. This action casues the skin to renew and accelarate the external layers of the skin by stimulating collagen, elastin enhancing the physiological and mechancial characteristics.

Depigmenting peeling with a complex formula that accelerates epidermis renewal for removal of the melanin built up on the surface. It provides a visible improvement in tone and luminosity. 20% azelaic acid + 10% resorcinol + 6% phytic acid + 3% tranexamic acid
Modified Jessner Mesopeel – Suitable for skin susceptible to acne associated with menopause or of hormonal origin. skin, acne prone, uneven skin tone, mild to moderate ageing fine lines and dull flat skin tone. This ticks the boxand treats a little bit of everything. Broad-spectrum peel for treating dark spots, uneven skin tone and aging. 14% salicylic acid + 14% lactic acid + 8% citric acid
Azelan Mesopeel – Treats different stages of acne. Antibacterial and antiinflammatory peel treatment for comedogenic, acne roseacea, post inflammatory pigmentation, acne scarring and acne lesions. Peel with antifungal and comedolytic properties. Indicated especially for treating the different stages of acne 20% azelaic acid + 20% salicylic acid
Salicylic Mesopeel -Indicated for all types of skin, in particular dry, hyperkeratotic, oily skin with imperfections, acne-prone and/or seborrhoeic skin. Salicyclic acid is a beta-hydroxy acid (BHA) that exerts a powerful keratolytic, comedolytic, anti-inammatory and anti-microbial. 10% Salicyclic acid
How many treatments are needed with mesopeels?
A course of 6 treatments are required spaced 2 weeks apart
Do i need to prep the skin prior to book in for a peel ?
Yes, you are required to prep the skin for at least 14 days with our recommended depigmentation, Acne or Antiageing skin kit which is included with the course of 6 treatments to ensure, skin tolerance and optimum skin health, minimise downtime and minismises skin sensitivity.
Aftercare
It is important that during and post treatment you are using the recommended professional skincare products to prevent the reappearance and for the short and long term result.
This treatment can be repeated twice a year with a 3 month gap in between courses.
Can i book in for a one off treatment ?
No, the treatment is a set course of 6 with a mandatory consultation required before starting treatment and skincare included as part of the mesopeel course.
